Scott Axon

Personal Experience

Scott has been a Merger and Acquisition Manager and Business Broker professional for over 25 years and has been awarded the Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation with the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). He has been a member of M&A Source since its inception. He is a Missouri Real Estate Commission Broker/Officer and an Arkansas Real Estate Commission Principal Broker. During his career he has worked with and contracted for Business Brokers Network, Sunbelt Business Brokers, The Kingsley Group, and currently Axon & Associates. Prior to becoming an intermediary, he owned two technology firms; the first was sold to a Boston investment banking group as part of a NASDAQ IPO. The second, an offshore software development company based in Tegucigalpa Honduras, was sold to an international consulting firm. Scott is also an active advisory board member of Incredible Pizza, a national restaurant franchisor where he heads up franchise development and investment funding.
